VIKKI HILL
Hi, I’m Vikki
Babe, I get it – the gym can be an intimidating place.
We try to learn how to reach our goals online and are then hit with SO much contradicting information that we don’t know where to start, making us feel so overwhelmed. Then when we try and make that change, we either lose our confidence, or feel lost in our abilities.
Well, that’s where I step in.
I’m an online health and fitness coach with over 8 years experience in the industry. I have an extensive knowledge on training, nutrition, sustainable lifestyle and women’s health, and have made it my mission to free all women of the stigmas placed on us, our bodies and our confidence.
Within Vikki Hill Coaching and our LiftHer community, we strive to empower you through education to essentially help you make your own well-informed decisions with confidence.
I am your literal pocket PT or pocket “gym bestie” if you will. I’ll be with you every step of the way and help you navigate the overwhelming information online, keep you accountable with your goals, and provide science-backed training plans and nutritional guidance to help you reach these goals.
